Direct Mail is an important channel for NYL Marketing, where we leverage big data to optimize targeting and creative. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic professional to deliver channel growth and efficiency using analytical and business judgement skills. They will work closely with the rest of the direct mail team to forecast & analyze channel performance, develop a testing agenda, and establish the channel budget, and optimize the channel return on investment.

  • Use analytics to drive post-campaign evaluations. Develop and present insights on performance trends and testing results across multiple segments and products in a dynamic interactive setting.
  • Leverage channel performance and competitor intelligence to derive insights, identify opportunities, develop criteria and set up creative, contact, segmentation, expansion, and personalization strategies.
  • Lead the forecasting process, considering recent performance and new/upcoming innovations to set assumptions and establish scenarios. Perform sales and budget variance analysis on each campaign.
  • Collaborate closely with data science team on targeting model development and implementation
  • Own the strategy and execution of our emerging Long-Term Care product direct mail segment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field of study preferred
  • 3+ years' relevant experience required
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and database/query application (SQL) knowledge required
  • Tableau/Microstrategy experience preferred
