Title: IT Asset Management and Configuration Analyst
Employment Duration: Contract to Perm
Location: Tucker, GA

Position Summary
The IT Asset Management and Configuration Analyst is responsible for processes associated with IT Assets and Configurations Management of those Assets. The responsibilities include but not limited to planning, designing, processes, implementation, communication, adoption, execution and continual improvement of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management related processes.

Proven conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills, ability to communicate sound technical advice to clients, managers and technical staff. Ability to present technology recommendations from a business management perspective. Strong knowledge of asset management processes and procedures. Strong understanding of PC and network software, licensing and desktop hardware. Able to work under pressure and balance work load so enabled to make measurable progress on multiple high priority projects. Able to work both independently as well as collaboratively achieving results within established time frames with minimal supervision. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments supporting business as usual, user request as well as special projects. Able to effectively communicate and display a professional, mature attitude in dealing with internal customer, management and personnel across the organization.

This position will report to the Director of Technology & Operations with interaction with Desktop Support, Operations, Infrastructure, Procurement, Accounts Payable and other departments.

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business)

5 years of IT Service delivery in various formats (Desktop support, programming, project management, etc.)

Equivalent Experience
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 8+ Years of IT service delivery in various formats (Desktop support, programming, project management, etc.) will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Experience with IT Asset Management.
2. Experience with CMDB.
3. Experience working with discovery, dependency, mapping and CMDB solutions

Negligible, 2%; travel may be required to support our customer base located throughout the state of Georgia and to obtain training and/or attend seminars
