Overview of Position
Responsible for the operational activities of a a medical revenue cycle team.
Reviews and analyzes reports, records and directives, and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered.
Manage teams to ensure that we are effectively billing and collecting for the client. Ensure that the teams both on shore and off shore are working effectively. Ability to manage relationship with both client and client manager.
Successfully manage teams and engage in development.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Perform operational management duties as needed
Supervise team members
Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of management team
Work on special projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned
What are the requirements needed for this position?
3+ years? experience medical revenue cycle management
Knowledge of RCM functionality
Leadership experience required
Proficient with MS Office Suite. Advanced skills with MS Excel.
Education: 2-year degree in finance/business or related field or equivalent experience
