1st Line Support Analyst/Service Desk Analyst - Contract (Contract)
Location: Glasgow, Scotland Country: UK Rate: £170 - £180 per day
1st Line Support/Service Desk Analyst - Contract
3 month initially
Glasgow (Hybrid)
£170-180 per day (working via an Umbrella Company)
A well-known Glasgow-based Client has just re-released a new 1st Line Support Analyst Contract role to join their team on an initial 3 month Contract.
With their current Service Desk a little stretched, they're looking for someone who is available now/at short notice who can hit the ground running & quickly fit into their team.
Key skills/experience required will include:
- Previous experience in another similar 1st Line Support, Service Desk or IT Helpdesk role
- Strong call logging/ticket handling skills
- Strong Windows 10 knowledge & specifically Active Directory for user set-ups, password resets etc
- Some additional knowledge in Desktop & Device Management tools, AV Technologies, M365, Remote Desktops and MDM Support (InTune) would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem solving
