Key skills required:

  • Good understanding of web design principles

What will you be doing?

  • You will drive fit and alignment of Intranet strategy with Barclaycard strategies and priorities
  • You will lead liaison with all SBU's within Barclaycard to ensure online requirements are understood and appropriately prioritised within the strategic planning process
  • You will work with those responsible for Group-wide Intranet governance & planning to drive compliance and integrated Group-wide planning
  • You will organise own workload, make strategic decisions on prioritisation of projects and small change requests to ensure strategic and tactical priorities are met
  • You will lead the development and management of the plans for implementing the above strategies from inception to final delivery
  • You will drive effective implementation of change for all projects assigned to the team, by translating the requirements of the business and agreeing implementation schedules, managing changes, ensuring quality is maintained and contingency planning accounted for
  • You will be planning and monitoring project progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
  • You will be responsible for management of hardware/server issues impacting KM platforms, including liaising with key stakeholders to ensure rapid resolution without customer impact
