QA Manager - DevOps & Automation environment! (Permanent)

Your new company
A highly innovative Milton Keynes based organisation who are in the process their largest digital transformation project in their history. They provide a critical service which effects nearly every person in the UK, working daily to ensure their way of working is as effective as it can be - working and creating new technologies in an Agile environment.

Your new role
You will head up the User Experience and Quality Assurance teams, playing a key role in the DevOps process. You will run the end to end process for the strategic insight for customer experience, providing highly automated and repeatable test strategies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience leading or managing a Quality Assurance team, you'll have hands on experience in automation testing (cucumber, selenium or similar) You'll have a strong customer insight mindset and be able to plan, release and set standards with the customer experience in mind.
