Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Folkestone Country: UK Rate: £375-£400 Per Day

I'm looking for a Project/Delivery Manager for a 5 month initial contract for an NHS Trust in Kent.

The role

You will be required to:

  • Support the Implementation of the Infoflex System in line with the existing delivery plan.
  • Work with the East Kent CCGs, Macmillan GPS, Cancer Alliance stakeholders and the other acute hospitals in Kent & Medway to deliver the IT element of the programme.
  • Implement the IT function that will support the delivery of the Kent and Medway Cancer Alliance objectives.
  • Responsible for system implementation that will support teams in design of stratified pathways and changing how patients are followed up.

Essential skill and experience

  • Extensive experience of working in a project environment.
  • Extensive experience of work with different project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of NHS Cancer systems, specifically Infoflex, and business requirements of differing Trusts and NHS organisations in Kent and Medway
  • Experience of using high level IT functionality
  • Knowledge of or experience within the Kent & Medway Cancer Alliance
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies applicable to health and clinical practice.
