Location: Necton, Norfolk, 7am - 5pm (10 hours per day)
Contract Duration: 6 months initial contract with potential to extend

What You'll Do:

As our Logistics Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate logistics activities to optimise workflow and ensure timely deliveries.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of logistics staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any operational challenges that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
• Reporting: Prepare and present logistics reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
