Head of HR Transformation & OD (Contract/Permanent)
Location: London Country: UK
I am seeking a senior OD/HR Transformation lead to join an incredibly fast paced organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the organisation on its transformation journey. You will join a changing and unpredictable environment and be responsible for driving specific OD interventions and HR transformation within the organisation. This will include driving change programmes and engaging with critical stakeholders on the journey to deliver change.
Core responsibilities:
- Drive organisation change and transformation initiatives including large scale restructuring, cost reduction
- Lead on M&A activity from the people perspective
- Consult with business leaders to design and embed solutions to critical challenges within the people space
- Work hand in hand with the Chief People Officer to design and embed strategy around transformation
- Work across multiple geographies in a complex environment to drive solutions
- Utilise data and analytics to support and drive decision making
In order to be successful in this role:
- Educated to minimum undergraduate degree level with experience within both the HR and Organisation Design/HR transformation space at leadership level
- Strong understanding of OD and transformation and proven ability to implement to support transformation within an ambiguous environment at pace
- Ability to gain deep organisational insight from qualitative analysis and embed change
