Our client are experts in the supply of innovative printed products to many of the UK's largest and most demanding corporate and public sector organizations and they are looking for their next Field Service Engineer to join their growing team.
Essential Skills -
- Install, configure, multifunction devices, and office printers in client environments.
- Fiery Printer experience is required
- Conduct printer driver installations including Windows, and macOS.
- Provide technical guidance to end-users on printer usage, configuration settings, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Document all printer installations, configurations, and maintenance activities in our ticketing system.
