Front End Developer (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front End Developer to join our dynamic team at a payments startup. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in NextJS, JavaScript, and RestAPI, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Front End website development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain user interfaces for our payment platform using NextJS and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with Back End developers to integrate Front End components with RestAPIs.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
  • Implement and maintain Front End coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug Front End issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Front End website development.
  • Proficiency in NextJS and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of RestAPIs and experience integrating them into Front End applications.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Solid understanding of web development principles, including UI/UX design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the fintech industry is desirable but not mandatory.
