Brand Designer - Contract - Outside IR35 (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £300 - £350 per day + OUTSIDE IR35
 

Brand Designer - 6 month contract - £350 per day

Our client are a leading company in the Financial industry and are looking for 2 Branding Designers to join their teams on a contract basis to work on their Branding Design.

The role:

  • Utilising your understanding of branding, typography, layout and data visualisation to craft designs across various platforms and channels
  • Develop and refine brand guidelines, assets, and templates to ensure consistency across all design elements.
  • Produce brand, print, and digital designs for their diverse range of companies, spanning industries such as technology, finance, energy, and more.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to leveraging design techniques to enhance their brand solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and actively seek opportunities to streamline processes for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Designer to introduce innovative and unexpected concepts that help improve their traditional design.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, discerning when and why to incorporate them into their design strategies.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Mid-weight Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design prowess.
  • Confident presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable participating in meetings and workshops, willing to challenge briefs and clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in dynamic environments and under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Knowledge of motion design is considered a bonus.

The Contract:

  • Length: 6 months
  • Location: Hybrid working in London - 1 to 2 days a week in office
  • Day rate: £350 per day outside IR35
  • Start Date: ASAP
