We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Configuration and Engineering Specialist to join our team, focusing on HPE and Juniper hardware devices within the telecommunications sector.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure using HPE and Juniper solutions.
This role requires travel to Customer Sites.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Configure and deploy HPE and Juniper hardware devices to meet the specific requirements of our telecommunication client.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions.
3. Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
4. Provide technical support and resolve issues related to HPE and Juniper network devices.
5. Collaborate with vendors to stay updated on product advancements and best practices.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and processes.
7. Perform network capacity planning and optimization to ensure optimal performance.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience working with HPE and Juniper hardware devices in a telecommunications environment.
3. Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, and switching.
4. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting HPE Comware.
