Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh  Country: UK Rate: £550-£750 per day
 

ServiceNow Consultant - Vancouver+ - ITSM - REST/SOAP

Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh (25% in the office - 75% remote) a ServiceNow Consultant is required on a 6-month contract.

Candidates need to work through an Umbrella company for this role.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a unique client, working alongside a Business Analyst, a BI Developer, and our Architects/Support Services, you will support improvements in Service Now and associated reporting environments, this could lead to an opportunity for a long-term contract with multiple extensions in a modern working environment.

This role involves improving the ServiceNow service and reporting environment, relative to Remote Access Requests and the introduction of a reporting dashboard, NIS CMDB Process and NIS Reporting.

Essential Experience:

  • Current Accreditation, Vancouver+
    • Sys Admin accreditation
    • Implementation Specialist accreditation
  • ITSM
    • CMDB - IT Assets with OT Attributes, etc
    • Dashboards
    • Notifications review
  • REST/SOAP Integrations
Highly Desirable:
  • OTSM
    • OT CMDB
    • OT Incident
    • OT Change
    • OT Problem - TBC
  • Reporting & Performance Analytics
  • Power BI integration and Data Lake Sync
