NLP Machine Learning Engineer

London office x1-2 days per week

£60,000 to £75,000 Salary + Bonus & Benefits

OVERVIEW

A great opportunity for a Machine Learning Engineer/NLP Engineer with solid experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models to join a strong FinTech scale-up with a high-calibre team in place.

Your responsibilities as a Machine Learning Engineer will include but not be limited to:

• Leverage Machine Learning/NLP techniques to build Large Language Models.
• Fine-tune Large Language models and optimise them through applied Machine Learning.
• Help in driving an AI led culture throughout the business

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in a STEM subject
• Min. 2 years commercial experience in NLP/Transformers & ML
• Excellent experience with Deep Learning models
• Strong production ready coding skills in Python
• Strong experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models
• End-to-end DS experience from training models to deployment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
