Head of PMO/PMO Manager. BUSINESS CHANGE. LINE MANAGING PROJECT MANAGERS. 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK ONSITE (MANCHESTER OR LONDON). £700/DAY INSIDE IR35.

My Construction Engineering client seeks a dynamic, intelligent and seasoned professional Head of PMO/PMO Manager who has vast experience of BUSINESS CHANGE/BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION & LINE MANAGING 10+ PROJECT MANAGERS. Strong communication & interpersonal skills a must with excellent Stakeholder Engagement.

This is not an IT role. This is pure Business Change/Business Transformation as you re reporting to the Transformation Director

Key skills/attributes for the PURE PMO MANAGER - PMO LEAD are:

  • 5+ years of PMO Management/PMO Leadership
  • YOU MUST BE DETAILED, PROCESS ORIENTED
  • STRONG knowledge of managing risks, milestones, plans
  • Strong Governance and holding people to account
  • Line Managing 10-20 Project Managers Line Management NOT Matrix Management
  • Business Change/Transformation Change
  • Process Optimisation
  • Workforce Planning

Again, Head of PMO/PMO Manager needed who has vast experience of BUSINESS CHANGE/BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION & LINE MANAGING 10+ PROJECT MANAGERS. Strong communication & interpersonal skills a must with excellent Stakeholder Engagement. £700/day INSIDE IR35 WITH 1-2 DAYS ONSITE IN MANCHESTER OR LONDON.
