Portfolio Manager - Candidate must have Active DV clearance (Contract)
Location: Aldermaston Country: UK Rate: £470/day Inside of IR35
 

We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Portfolio Manager for one of their public sector Clients based in Aldermaston (Hybrid).

  • IR35: This role is inside of IR35
  • Candidate must have Active DV clearance
  • Aldermaston Average 3 days per week on site following 9 day fortnight work pattern

Minimum Requirement:

  • Demonstratable Portfolio Management experience
  • Portfolio Dependency and assumption management experience.
  • Experience of Stakeholder Management at differing levels.
  • Ability to design items of communication to convey complex issues in an easily understood fashion to team members and project/programme sponsors.
  • Manage work as defined in the Work Authorization Document (WAD).
  • Lead, support and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
  • Lead, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.
