Data Engineer (Contract)

Data Engineer | Up to £375.00 per day Outside IR35 | Remote UK | 6 month (rolling) contract

A digital consultancy organisation is looking for a Data Engineer to join their end client on a migration project with large sets of data.

The sets of data have different levels of validity and preparedness for the migration, so the Data Engineer will need to find ways of discovering what data is valid, what needs updating, and prepare the data/accounts in a way that it can be moved over.

Skills required:

  • SQL, GCP, BigQuery
  • Experience in migrating data between Legacy systems and cloud platforms
  • Experience in building and supporting ETL pipelines using SQL technologies.
  • Experience working with Postgres DB( or similar relational DB) and BigQuery

Key Information:

  • Up to £375.00 Outside IR35
  • Remote UK
  • 6 months rolling
