Sentinel are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning city law firm for a Project Management Office Coordinator for 2-year FTC

You will be responsible in assisting with the coordination of their office relocation as part of a small team. The ideal candidates will have excellent organisation skills and experience of working on a medium to large office relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage document control by organizing iManage and setting up a system to store emails, attachments, and presentations for easy access.
  • Coordinate PMO tasks like reporting, planning, risk management, and quality control.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to ensure governance.
  • Develop and update project time-lines and resource plans.
  • Monitor risks and manage issues by maintaining a risk register.
  • Report progress and issues to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Assist with communication plans and updates on the internal Intranet.
  • Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collect and distribute project reports.
  • Lead internal project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Support change management and business change efforts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working on an office relocation or refurbishment project
  • Experience working in a PMO role, either as an Analyst or Coordinator Experience in either of the following sectors: professional services, technology, legal, HR, finance or marketing
  • Relevant project management accreditation such as P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, PMI PMP, or APMP.
  • Skill in developing and maintaining project controls, including schedules, resource plans, budgets, RAID logs, quality standards, change requests, status reports, and document management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
