Cybersecurity Governance Specialist (Permanent)

Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £50k - £60k per annum + Large Benefits package and Pension
 

Position: Cyber Governance Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Location: Flexible/Remote

The Cyber Security function seeks a Cyber Governance Specialist to lead our digital transformation. Drive cultural change, implement secure by design principles, and lead governance efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement secure design principles in projects.
  • Coordinate security testing and manage remediation.
  • Develop monthly management information (MI) reports.
  • Lead security culture transformation and training.
  • Manage Cyber risk processes and controls.
  • Maintain policies and certifications.
  • Embed strong governance processes.
  • Manage third-party vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in infosec, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Expertise in security by design, governance, and risk management.
  • Track record in cyber risk management and governance.
  • Experience in project security and certification.
  • Strong understanding of cyber threats and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
