Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial targets. Generate forecasts to support informed decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Present financial data to stakeholders and provide insights for strategic planning.
Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them. Monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain compliance with regulations.
Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing liquidity while minimizing risks. Implement strategies to enhance cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to support business performance.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within the Construction industry.
Solid understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
