Lead Power BI Developer - Power BI Premium, Snowflake

Lead Power BI Developer is required to join a growing Asset Management business in their London office (4 days in office, 1 day remote ). This is a 12 month, fixed term contract position, offering £80,000 to £95,000 as a base salary.

The business has been using Power BI for a few years, and a few stakeholders in the business are getting to grips with it. An individual, placed by Kite, was brought in to evangelise its use, and help to transition some areas of the business away from using things like Excel for data visualisation. They are going on maternity leave, so this new person will train users how to use the product properly and provide coaching and examples of how it can be utilised. In terms of experience, this person needs to have worked in depth on Power BI Premium, and as the business is transitioning to Azure, exposure to this would be highly beneficial. Although this person needs to be very technically proficient, they also need a business facing acumen and the ability to engage and build credibility with the business.

Key requirements:

  1. Power BI Premium experience.
  2. Snowflake.
  3. Business facing capability
  4. Experience training and championing Power BI
