Job Description:
- Test Automation Manager Create & drive Automation First test strategy for digital and emerging technologies.
- Provide ongoing automation maturity assessments and recommendations of continuous improvement.
- Complete ownership for developing test automation solution, designing automation frameworks on various applications platforms like web, mobile, desktop, mainframes and API's.
- Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
- Develop automation strategy to support regression testing & In-sprint automation based on the technical analysis, complexity & reusability and lead its implementation.
- Collaborate with CUK teams to strategize & align long-term solution for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.
- Monitor & review the automation deliveries of teams, suggest best practices and provide technical guidance.
- Supports automation script development and optimization of those scripts
