Service Delivery Manager - SC Cleared

CPS Group UK are delighted to be recruiting an SC Cleared Service Delivery Manager on behalf of a well-known, successful organisation. Working within the Managed Service division, the SC Cleared Service Delivery Manager will drive customer success by building and maintaining effective relationships with the high-profile customer base.

The role requires active UK Security Clearance and can be based (primarily) remotely, with only occasional trips required to the company HQ.

Role Requirements

- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Acting as the 'voice' of the customer base
- Work to improve service through relationship building, metric monitoring, operational review and effective communication
- Manage end-to-end escalations seeking best possible resolutions, ensuring any future escalations are minimised

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience (and knowledge of) IT Service Management (and associated software/tools)
- Highly independent and autonomous
- Demonstrable track record in client-facing Service Delivery roles
- Strong ability to prioritise and execute task accordingly
- People (and customer) first mentality
- Strong desire to provide exceptional, best-in-class customer service
- Growth orientated mindset
