Project Manager
I'm recruiting for a project manager to join a client of mine on an initial 6 month contract. this role will be inside IR35 paying £650 per day and will be based 2 days per week in either London or Coventry.
Essential Skills
- Experience of delivering cost efficiency projects within the Public Sector eg re-orientation of functions, consolidate, centralise etc
- Track record in the delivery of people related change projects within a government department
- Experience of delivering Op Model work.
- Stakeholder Management - management of change resistance, engaging with HR on related work, sensitivities etc.
- By Agile experience we mean; experience in taking an iterative approach to delivery.
- We are currently delivering the programme in 3 month tranches
- Experience in Implementing change across projects
- Strong self starter.
