D365 Functional Consultant/Trainer - £400pd (Contract)
Location: Sheffield (potentially hybrid in future) Country: UK Rate: £400pd
 

I'm looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer, to play a pivotal role my clients Product team. You'll be working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and End users to enhance and revamp CRM training and eLearning materials.

In this role you will be working closely with different business units to expand knowledge and identify training needs to enable you to conduct thorough training needs analysis to tailor training programs according to specific requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a mixture of the below skillset:

  • Proven commercial experience working with Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience in storyboarding for designing eLearning courses.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering tailored Dynamics CRM training courses.
  • Ability to cater to both individual and group settings in one-on-one sessions and classroom training to deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
  • Strong attention to detail in developing and maintaining training materials.
  • Familiarity with conducting training needs analysis.
  • Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing phases.
