Global Change Lead - London or Edinburgh (Hybrid) - £500-£650 per day - 12 months

My client, a FTSE 100 company, is looking for a Global Change Lead to promote adoption, mitigate resistance, and optimise the benefits derived from the SAP S/4HANA programme.

Your role will involve facilitating and driving engagement within the team, ensuring that prioritising change and deployment initiatives within this transformation program is done with exceptional communication, facilitation, and use of interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Track record of successfully leading change management initiatives within large/complex transformations.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication, with the ability to articulate business impacts to diverse audience groups, facilitating alignment on change impact mitigation strategies.
• Skilled in leading employees through organisational transitions, proficient at delegating roles to appropriate individuals, and motivating them to fulfil their responsibilities in change and adoption initiatives.
• Possesses a clear vision for organisational change, guiding the direction and objectives of the transformation journey.
• Proficient in influencing others and effectively delivering key change messages.
• Strong project management skills to assess change progress and ensure its alignment with objectives.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of delivering high-quality communications within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans and communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer, Teams, etc.).
• Can lead a substantial team of Change & Deployment leads spanning your network, encompassing diverse functions within Supply and Procurement.
• Taking charge of stakeholder assessments and governance across all organisational levels.
• Flexibility across cultural nuances.
• S4 Hana experience is a nice-to-have.
• FMCG experience is a nice-to-have.
