Administrator/Report Coordinator - Contract (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £300 - £325 per day + Via Umbrella Company
My London based client is looking for an Administrator/Report Coordinator to join them for an urgent 4-week contract to assist with the collation of Reporting information ahead of a critical deadline.
The successful Administrator will come from a solid Administration background, for example having worked as a Report Coordinator, or having done this while acting as a PA/EA. They must have experience of collating information from various sources and inputting this into master documents. They must have great attention to detail, experience of proof-reading documents and be highly proficient with MS word. They must have experience of engaging with stakeholders to request/chase required information/reports when required.
The role is looking to start next week, so please only apply if you are available to start the role 2nd/3rd April 2024.
The role will require the successful Administrator to be on-site at the clients central London office 2 days per week.
Skills;
- Experience of working as an Administrator/Report coordinator
- Experience of working in a corporate environment
- Previous experience of collating reporting information to input into master documents
- Experience of liaising with report/document contributors on progress and completion of their draft inputs to the reports
- Experience of collating and managing submissions from contributors
- Experience of Maintaining and updating draft reports as required
- Experience of tracking progress on necessary approvals of draft reports
- Experience of ensuring that individual reports read as a cohesive whole ('editor' role)
- Good stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across different teams
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills necessary to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Experience of taking responsibility for seeing tasks through to completion
- Demonstrable experience of working with little supervision
- Demonstrable experience of responding to changing and competing priorities
- Demonstrate experience of commitment and persistence in persuading others to adhere to timescales and deadlines, using tact and diplomacy
- Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office applications
