Change Manager; SF & SNOW - 6 months w/extension - £500/day OUTSIDE IR35 - Remote

bluewaveselect are working with a leading global logistics & distribution organisation that are implementing SuccessFactors & ServiceNow.

This is a remote role however as most will understand, for successful delivery of Change Management there will be occasional face-to-face needs (roughly twice over six months in West Midlands).

Key Deliverables in role:

  • Define the change approach within the Programme with respect to the UK&I HR stakeholders
  • Plan the change approach with relevant artefacts
  • Implement the change monitoring and manage any stakeholder resistance
  • Sustain the change with appropriate monitoring and identifying any potential new change initiatives
  • Stakeholder Mapping with communication recommendations
  • Understanding the Programme Change Management Strategy in conjunction with other regional and global
  • Driving High & Low Change Impact Assessments
  • Devise Change Readiness Approaches across Programme areas

Key Requirements

  • Experience creating and delivering Change Strategy across SuccessFactors AND ServiceNow implementations
  • Specific experience of EC, RCM, and ONB beneficial for SuccessFactors, and Case Management for ServiceNow
  • Good exposure/experience with Logistics & Distribution organisations
  • Extensive experience of delivery of large scale change into complex organisations
  • Proven expertise with stakeholder management, and taking the business on the journey
