- Provide expert post-production support for HR operations in Workday HCM
- Cover Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Talent Management, and Payroll modules
- Customize module configurations to align with HR requirements
- Collaborate closely with client HR teams to understand unique needs and enhance Workday experience
- Develop and support projects with customized documentation, functional and technical specifications, test cases, and user training documents
- Proficient in ITIL framework and SLA management
- Specifically in Change, Release, Problem, and Incident Management
- Handle tickets of all priority levels and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Maintain a 24/7 service mindset
- Open to short travels within UK/EU for assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle client escalations efficiently
