Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £250.0 - £300.0 per day
 

Project Manager - L2 Service Management

Up to £300 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella)

London/Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)

6 months initially

My client is a large consultancy looking to hire a Project Manager to join a business-critical programme.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager in a large complex environment with a focus on L2 Service Management.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing personalised service solutions.
  • Previous experience of working in an Agile environment.
  • Monitoring service metrics and analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Comfortable engaging with and managing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of seniority appropriately and effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Previous service management experience
  • Immediate availability
