Job Title: Python Developer (SC Cleared)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with active SC clearance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development along with experience in various technologies including GitHub, Postscript, Cloud Watch, PostGres, React.js, Salesforce, Dynamics365, WordPress, Drupal, Magenta, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft 365. The primary responsibility of the Python Developer will be to design, develop, and maintain software solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  2. Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Python.
  3. Utilize version control systems such as GitHub for efficient code management and collaboration.
  4. Implement integrations with various third-party platforms and services including Salesforce, Dynamics365, WordPress, Drupal, and others.
  5. Develop and maintain databases using PostGres and ensure data integrity and security.
  6. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using Cloud Watch and other monitoring tools.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
  8. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  9. Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure software quality and reliability.
  10. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Active SC clearance is mandatory.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of software development life cycle.
  4. Proficiency in Python programming language and related frameworks.
  5. Experience with version control systems, particularly GitHub.
  6. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
  7. Knowledge of database management systems, particularly PostGres.
  8. Experience with Front End technologies such as React.js is a plus.
  9. Familiarity with Salesforce and Dynamics365 integration is desirable.
  10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  12. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certification in Python programming or related technologies.
  2. Experience with WordPress, Drupal, or other content management systems.
  3. Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Magento.
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and its integration with Python applications.
