Senior Programme Manager (Contract)

Location: West London Country: UK Rate: £800 per day inside IR35
 

A Senior programme leader is required by a FTSE100 global corporation. You will have experience of designing, planning and delivering Business, Regulatory and IT change to a large assortment of complex and growing organisations. You will take initiative in uncertainty applying rigorous programme planning and structured analytical thinking to supply clarity of programme(s) direction and assurance to sponsors.

You will excel at building rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to frontline staff, and fostering a collaborative and pragmatic approach to change. You will be adept at navigating the political landscape and apply commercial acumen ensures deliveries align with the strategic objectives.

? Experienced in Waterfall and Agile methodologies and able to apply them flexibly.

? Accredited in MSP, Prince2, Prince2 Agile and ITIL, with extensive knowledge of Agile.

? Skilled in advising and supporting c-suite leaders on benefits delivery and programme governance.

? Proficient in Programme and Project management, including Enterprise and Change Risk Management.

? Capable of planning and scheduling multiple concurrent projects and managing interdependencies

? Comfortable in coordinating and leading Portfolio Steering committees and providing programme assurance.

? Key strength and pedigree with planning and managing multi-programmes drilling down on complex projects interdependencies often to extreme timelines and controls.

? Responsible for budgetary and resource control of portfolios over £10m and Matrix teams of over 30.

? Expert in contract negotiations, procurement, and vendor management processes, with a focus on supporting organisations' digital and cloud journeys.

You are required to work on-site West London 3 days per week and this is inside IR35 - British passport holders only
