Senior Account Manager (Permanent)

We are partnering with a market leading, ambitious, and innovative global leader within the IT Services & Consultancy sector who have a strong and continually growing presence worldwide. As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking a motivated Senior Account Manager to join their successful and innovative team to continue to provide end-to-end digital transformation and cloud-based solutions across multiple verticals for end customers worldwide.
The Role: Reporting into the VP of Sales, as Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the management, retention, and expansion of multiple key strategic accounts within the Manufacturing sector, which generate up to £8million in TCV. This is a relationship focused role, working closely with senior stakeholders within the accounts monitoring and improving account performance by designing & implementing account strategies to ensure client satisfaction & retention. You will also be responsible for growing account revenues by upselling the groups solution offering which solve current issues & problems, as well as future business needs.
Location: This is a hybrid role, which will involve travel to clients, as well as to the head office in London.

Strong experience within the Manufacturing sector.
Excellent client relationship skills with an ability to manage, develop and retain customer accounts.
Successful track record in selling technology solutions and digital services (AI, IoT, Big Data & Cloud Computing)
Account management experience within UK&I.
