Dynamics 365/D365 Functional/Analyst - Edinburgh/Hybrid - £500 per day - urgent

Essential Skills & Experience:
Performed Senior Functional Architect/Analyst roles on complex Business & Technology Transformation Programmes, with Insurance clients; assisting them achieve their business, technology, strategic and  operational goals.
Individual should have strong experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as a Functional/Business Analyst and product elaborations with business SME's
Individual should have experience in working in an Agile mode and managing backlog for the development team and proactively supporting the team through the development life cycle.
Individual should have a strong understanding of the UK Life/protection business.
Individual will be responsible for the design and architecture of D365 customer service module for client's Protection business.
Individual will be responsible to contribute as a team and individually showcase the product increments to the senior stakeholders.
Ability to develop creative strategic solutions to solve clients' business problems and create accompanying execution roadmaps to implement the changes. Individual will liaise with Client and provide regular updates for the D365 customer service modules.
Experience in analysing existing business & data models, ETL components and reporting to advise enhancements to existing applications.
Individual will work with Client architects, research, analyse and evaluate the design specifications, new product tools, client strategies to validate the functional & technical aspects of the system.

Industry Experience:
Deep experience of the London Market Insurance industry, preferably within the Life & Pensions or Broker sectors.
