Gravitas is currently recruiting for an accomplished Technical Business Analyst to join one of our key clients and contribute to various technology projects in the restaurant and digital space. We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Technical Business Analyst to support mapping system and user requirement across a broad range of solutions.
The role will report into the Senior Project Manager and work within the restaurant technology team. Previous experience working on restaurant or EPOS focused programmes/projects will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and refining business requirements, defining scope, mapping processes, creating use cases and user stories, and assessing their impact. Ideally the business requirements will be related to all aspects of EPOS systems.
-Work with the project manager and solution architect to categorise and prioritise requirements, with a view to defining the scope for incremental releases, from pilot to mass deployment.
- Enhancing solution quality by collaboratively identifying robust acceptance criteria, conducting exploratory testing, and providing support for user acceptance testing.
- Regularly evaluating the technical and operational feasibility of the solution with key stakeholders from both business and technical perspectives.
- Assisting the Program in managing requirements, ensuring comprehensive documentation of user stories (both functional and non-functional), and preparing them for inclusion in software tenders, subsequent implementation of selected third-party packages, and any in-house development.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with all business and technical stakeholders.
