Your new role
FM looking after one site. This job will involve mainly hard services on site, managing a team including engineers and subcontractors, report writing and liaising with the client and keeping them up to date. Working with the ops manager when you have any suggestions on an issue.

What you'll need to succeed
For this role, we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to Strabane or are looking to relocate/come back home. Knowledge of Hard Services FM would also but training will be provided.
