A renowned educational institute based in London is seeking an Executive Assistant for a high-ranking member of the Director's office. This senior member is essential to the senior management team, including the Director and Chief Operating Officer.

As an Executive Assistant, you will have substantial experience when it comes to supporting senior leaders within a large, complex and fast-paced organisation. You must be well organised, systematic, reliable with a flexible approach to work. Someone resourceful, proactive and professional would be ideal for the post.

Here are some of the qualities and experience we're looking for:

- Diary Management (assessing and prioritising)

- Coordinate, arrange and support meetings, including minute-taking

- Organise Travel and Accommodation

- Inbox management (responding, commissioning, drafting etc)

- Liaising with applicable personnel across the organisation, inline with internal and external projects

- Financial Administration (invoices, expenses, purchase orders)

- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across key departments ie IT, Estates, HR,..)

- Ad Hoc office duties ie supplies and equipment

- Educated to degree level or some relevant professional qualification

- Excellent written and verbal skills
