Job Title: CPQ Analyst

Industry leading client requires an experience CPQ analyst to join them to assist with a systems upgrade. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CPQ processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments and third party consultancies. This role has been deemed Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, product management, and finance teams to understand product offerings, pricing strategies, and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain product configuration rules, pricing rules, discounting structures, and approval workflows within the CPQ system.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk within the CPQ process.
• Provide support and training to sales representatives on how to effectively use the CPQ system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ configurations, pricing discrepancies, and quote generation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CPQ process.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with CPQ systems, such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing methodologies, and quoting workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex concepts.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in CPQ or related areas are desirable.
