Position: Hybrid

IO Associates seeks a Project Management Business Partner for the Filton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

Your role is to provide project management expertise and support to enhance the competitiveness of our bestselling A320 family aircraft.

Responsibilities

  • Establish clear project objectives, scope, and deliverables, while defining a robust governance structure.
  • Prepare thorough documentation and presentations for project gates and reviews, ensuring stakeholder alignment and approval.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, monitoring progress rigorously against schedule, cost, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and manage project interdependencies internally and externally, mitigating risks and fostering collaboration for successful outcomes.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in attentive listening and offering constructive responses.
  • Balancing holistic perspectives with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Functioning effectively both independently and as a cohesive team member.
