What will you be doing?

You will be working alongside other Network Support Engineers to look after the preparation and handover stages of the project to ensure that the technical delivery of the LAN and wireless data services is run efficiently and in line with our industry leading standards.

Network Support Engineer - Essential Skills...

  • Setting up of LAN and Wireless Networks
  • Provisioning LAN Infrastructure with ZTP
  • Configuring site equipment based on design specifications
  • Developing and maintaining work packs/Plans of Works for installations
  • Assisting third parties with provisioning their systems (eg, CCTV, Door Access)
  • Providing regular updates to project stakeholders regarding installation progress
  • Offering help to the Support teams in resolving customer issues as needed
