Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer wanted by established and enterprise-level professional services organisation.

As an Infrastructure Ops Engineer, you'll be hands-on, managing, monitoring, and supporting the Server Infrastructure (physical & virtual), VMware, backup solutions and DHCP services.

You'll also provide support with monitoring the services, resolving incidents, implementing customer requests, delivering on projects, and providing operational support & services.

Enterprise level experience (3000+VM's, 300+ ESXi hosts & multi-region environment) will benefit any IT Infrastructure Engineer within this role. The larger the environment you've managed; the better!

Other responsibilities will include:

• Windows and VMWare Installation and Configuration.
• Virtual Machine Management.
• Storage Management.
• Network Management.
• Security Management.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution.
• Documentation and Reporting.
• Capacity management.
• Hyper-V Systems Administration.
• Hardware HPE C7000/Synergy 12000 Management.

Experience required:

• Multiple years' experience within a Level 3, L3, 3rd Line, Third Line role, supporting Windows & VMWare Infrastructure.
• Capable of, or past experience of, supporting at least 2000+ server environments.
• Capable of administrating Windows virtualization environments.
• Good knowledge of Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 server platforms.
• Capable of managing, supporting, and monitoring of VMware vSphere environment (6.x/7.x).
• VMware or Microsoft related certifications are desirable.
