The Role
Our partner is looking for a skilled Lead Health Systems Solution Architect to join their team, where you will play a crucial role within a healthcare system project. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives within the healthcare ecosystem.
Previous experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within the NHS, is essential.
Notable: This position requires eligibility for SC clearance.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership, including document compilation and review, stakeholder guidance and driving collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Oversee end-to-end responsibility for User Requirement Document (URD) traceability and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Review and refine technical documents such as data quality strategies, access control mechanisms and design blueprints.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate complex solutions effectively to senior management and clients.
- Conduct issue triage and management, demonstrating problem-solving capabilities to address challenges effectively.
Skills/Requirements
- Strong experience in healthcare, with a focus on solution architecture and project leadership.
- Proficiency in Cloud technologies, with experience in designing and implementing solutions within Cloud environments.
- Extensive knowledge of clinical systems and applications, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with agile and traditional project methodologies, adapting approaches to suit project requirements.
- Familiarity with national healthcare regulations, particularly within the NHS.
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience with enterprise document management systems and patient indexing solutions is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of Solution Architecture principles, supported by experience with architecture methodologies such as TOGAF.
