My client - an established financial institution is looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering an upgrade programme for SWIFT messaging payments for the ISO 20022 regulations considering regulatory compliance, local market practices, and industry standards. You will be responsible for project managing the end-to-end SWIFT messaging upgrades and all necessary initial analysis including gathering all requirements and to produce all relevant project artefacts & documentation. The systems involved are Spire, Calypso and Finastra which are all used to handle SWIFT messaging.

Deliverables:

  • Project managing SWIFT Message Analysis: - Perform a comprehensive analysis of SWIFT payment messages
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: - Conduct discussions with various departments to understand their specific needs and requirements. - Ensure that all gathered requirements are aligned with project objectives and business needs.
  • Business Requirements Documentation (BRD): - Produce a comprehensive Business Requirements Document that captures all the gathered SWIFT messaging requirements.
  • Functional Specifications: - Develop detailed functional specifications that translate the gathered requirements into specific system functionalities.
  • Data Mapping and Transformation: - Analyse the existing data sources and systems to determine the necessary mappings and transformations for SWIFT messaging integration.
  • End to end Project Plan: - Develop a comprehensive project plan that includes all necessary tasks, dependencies, and due dates.
  • Risks & Issues Log: - Identify potential risks and issues that may arise during the project.
  • Test Plans and Test Cases: - Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for validating the SWIFT messaging system.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
  • Documentation and Training Materials
  • Deployment Plan: - Suggest possible deployment plans based on the project's scope, resources, and constraints.
  • Compile reporting documentation required for presentation to Senior Management
