iO Associates are looking for a Services/Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Nuclear industry, or a relevant engineering background to work within manufacturing operational environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in as a Project Manager and you will develop, coordinate, and lead a project team for Service Repair projects inclusive of the responsibility for the contractual and financial delivery of these projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and lead a project team for Service Repair projects.
• Be responsible for the contractual and financial delivery of projects.
• Act as a key interface across the business, the customer, and the management team on all project matters.
• Support the Operations leader in delivering for customers.
• Provide leadership and guidance to plan and monitor activities effectively.
• Take ownership of all activities within Project execution.
• Ensure products and services meet business and customer requirements.
• Build clarity on all required scope and deliverables.
• Lead an effective Project team with aligned competency, training, and capacity.
• Monitor KPIs to analyze and measure performance, proposing improvements and action plans.
• Follow and implement all accounting/regulation activities related to business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and Global teams to align and support deliverables, sharing lessons learned.
