Programme Manager with solid Digital Products experience required. This role requires 3 days per week working onsite at the client's office in Richmond upon Thames, and 2 days working from home. Our client will not consider anyone with a long commute.
Ideal applicant will have:
5+ years Programme Management in Agile, product led environments, with self-organising and self-managing teams distributed across global locations.
Experience working in a large complex organisation across departments such as compliance, assurance, audit etc.
Strong Digital Product experience.
Delivery trends tracking - experience in setting up, and monitoring, value generation and delivery metrics to ensure waste is minimised, delivery of value maximised, and trending issues addressed
Delivery with 3rd party delivery partners with co-sourced teams, representing client interests and working collaboratively across other assurance roles.
Experience of working effectively, and with gravitas, to bring practices in line with common/standards, evolving where needed.
Communication and collaboration with stakeholders of different seniority within an organisation, building a reputation as an effective and trustworthy partner to deliver key outcomes.
Experience in setting up programme view across Atlassian products, JIRA, Confluence, Atlas etc.
Any Events industry, Lead generation, At show digital products and/or Mobile product rollout experience hugely advantageous.
12 Month initial contract paying £650-£680 per day inside IR35. This role requires 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week working from home, this is non-negotiable.
