About Us:
Bridge IT is partnering exclusively with a government-owned organisation in Preston to establish their RPA Center of Excellence. We're seeking an experienced RPA Project Manager to lead and manage RPA projects within the organisation using Blue Prism.
Responsibilites:
- Lead and manage RPA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and steering committee meetings
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RPA developers, business analysts, and IT support, to ensure alignment and integration of project activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices for project management and RPA implementation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies
Skills:
- Proven experience managing RPA projects, preferably within a Blue Prism environment
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Onsite presence required (UK-based)
