This company focusses on the manufacturingand distribution of machinery with presence worldwide and multiple offices inthe UK offering 80% remote work. This fantastic organisation is looking for aPlatform Support Analyst to join a growing global support team responsible forsupporting and maintaining applications, performance metrics and KPIs and providing reporting and analytics solutions.

Your new role
The Platform Support Analyst will be an active memberof the team, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction while providingsupport coverage and assistance. You will manage multiple customers, platformsand databases, having a passion for data and curiosity to solve problems. Youwill have great experience working and collaborating with technical andnon-technical clients and teams and providing adequate support with greatcommunication and interpersonal skills. You will understand data models and interdependencieswith demonstrable experience constructing SQL statements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Thorough understanding of data models and data interdependencies
• Ability to understand database relationships in MS SQL and ability to construct complex SQL statements and queries
• Proven experience of data telemetry and data manipulation, including ETL procedures
• Experience providing operational support for platforms, as well as, ITIL incident management and change management
• Operational and data analysis support and reporting experience
