Role Overview:

As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development team in Leeds. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and developing software applications using .NET and C#.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time.
  • Architect and implement scalable and efficient code using best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
  • Work closely with product managers and UX designers to ensure the best user experience in our applications.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience with .NET framework and C# programming language.
  • Developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET
  • Implementing Azure services
  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Front End technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
