Digital Asset Manager (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £225 - £325 per day
Robert Half Technology are assisting a marketing organisation to recruit a Digital Asset Manager on a contract basis based in their London office. This role will be paying between £225-£325 per day.
Role
- The Digital Asset Manager will manage centralised DAM location and develop the infrastructure around it
- previous experience with Bynder
- Manage relationship with external vendors, DAM supplier and supplier PS and support team
- Open and monitor support tickets/product features/enhancement requests/bugs/outages
- Manage product roadmap and adopt relevant modules based on business' needs
- Partner with key business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on unique DAM needs
- Collaborate with database and web developers to improve integrations
- Provide effective DAM financial management and reporting and growth insights
- Manage global userbase, SSO, monitor user licence expansion and permission profiles
- Manage user permissions, restrictions and privacies within the portal
- Monitor storage expansion based on analytics and collect data insights
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and develop metadata and taxonomy guidelines
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define correct usage rights (DRM)
- Respond to and assign user support requests via in-house ticketing system
- Refine best practice and process around asset intake and distribution
- Organise and execute mass uploads and large data migrations
- The Digital Asset Manager will be managing projects based on DAM and key stakeholders' objectives
